Bob Dethlefs / Co-founder & CEO

Bob Dethlefs was Founder & CEO of Evanta — which he sold to CEB (now a Gartner company) in May of 2016 for $295 million.

Until April of 2017, he was responsible for 200(+) Fortune 2000 executive leadership conferences across North America.  During his fourteen years at Evanta, Bob led one of the world’s largest and most respected leadership businesses and engineered a collaboration network that attracted CXOs from 86% of the Fortune 1000 organizations – representing more than $12T in combined annualized revenue.  Bob also pioneered and produced the Professional Development Academy with General Colin Powell.  The Professional Development Academy became a premier on-line leadership development and mentorship academy that featured over 100 CXOs from Fortune 1000 organizations as faculty members.

In 2014, he created the CISO Coalition – a member-only community for chief information security officers from Fortune 1000 organizations where members came together to share real-time information, insights and best practices to better defend against cyber-attacks and cybercrime. The Board Members for the CISO Coalition included the CISOs from: McDonald’s, Aflac, IBM, Intel, Kellogg’s, GM, Ford, PepsiCo, Starbucks, ConocoPhillips, Cargill, Nike, and Delta Airlines.

In 2009, Bob co-created the Global Sports Summit (held Annually in Aspen, Co) for professional sports team owners.  Now in its eighth year, the Global Sports Summit is the world’s largest gathering place for owners of professional sports teams. After launching the Global Sports Summit, Bob pioneered the Global Sports Management Summit (for CEOs, Presidents and GMs of professional sports teams) and the Collegiate Sports Summit (for D-1 Athletic Directors).

Under his leadership, in 2007 and 2009, Evanta was recognized as one of “The Best 100 Large Companies to Work for in Oregon”, No. 6 and No. 9 respectively, and as the No. 8 “Fastest Growing 100 Large Companies in Oregon”.

Bill Klutho / Co-founder & CFO

Co-founder of Healthcare Innovation Forums, Bill Klutho previously served as CFO and Executive Vice President of Evanta, a leading producer of world class conferences for C-Suite executives. In his twelve years as a member of Evanta’s executive team, the business experienced three separate stock/asset sales. 

During his tenure at Evanta, Bill was intimately involved with the financial and operating areas of the business.  He personally designed and oversaw many of the key financial systems employed by the business. In addition, Bill launched several new conference brands and collaboration products at Evanta and was a co-founder of the Sports Leadership Institute which created executive conferences for owners and executives of professional and collegiate sports teams.

Prior to Evanta, Bill was a financial officer and consultant to several businesses located in Portland, Oregon.

Bill holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Graham Keavney / Senior Vice President

As the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Innovation Forums, Graham Keavney delivers a powerful history of leadership in marketing, sales, entrepreneurship and business management to those we serve. Formerly, in his leadership role at Evanta, Graham managed a $7+ million portfolio and was a top-5 individual sales contributor with $1.4 million in personal sales. Recognized as “Rookie of the Year” in 2015 and “Overall Productivity” in 2016, as well as a member of Evanta’s 2015 Presidents Club. He has a passion for hospitality and events, serving as marketing director for a restaurant group, starting and selling an online travel auction site, and serving as sales/marketing director for an online ticket brokerage.   

Graham earned his MBA in 2014 from APUS/AMU in West Virginia with a focus on Marketing & Entrepreneurship.

Don Sader / Vice President

In 2003 Don Sader Co-founded Evanta, now a Gartner company. Over the years, his responsibilities included every aspect of executive event management, including operations, marketing, association liaison, content, branding and sales. In recent years, Don was responsible for event branding and messaging, team training and personal oversight of Evanta’s flagship conference, the Global CIO Executive Summit. This global meeting attracts some of the world’s most powerful and influential leaders in IT, with participants from some of the world’s most recognized brands including Chevron, McDonald’s Corporation, Allstate Insurance Company, PepsiCo, General Mills, AmerisourceBergen, The Guardian Life Insurance Company, Ralph Lauren, Costco Wholesale and SAP America.

1n 1994, Don began his event industry career with American Show Management (later acquired by Imark Communications) where he received many awards for performance excellence including recognition as the first member of the company’s million-dollar club.

A recognized industry veteran, Don pioneered the CIO forum model providing a vendor-neutral platform for top, industry decision makers to collaborate. These forums soon became the standard for CIO meetings, empowering the executives to control the agenda, peer outreach and sponsor selections.

Dr. Tim Raschulte / Chief Content Officer

Dr. Rahschulte brings two decades of professional experience working with for-profit and non-profit organizations to our Executive Team. Starting in corporate finance, he managed the cash and investment activities for a three-billion-dollar company, dozens of bond indentures, and average daily investments of $200 million.

After earning an MBA, Tim went into consulting, which lead into a couple venture funded start up firms. He then went into teaching and working for the government, serving as a principal executive manager leading large-scale system change initiatives and business transformations. He has established project management offices for a number of government agencies, created the State of Oregon’s Process Center of Excellence’s Project Management Community of Practice, and helped governor transition teams. He eventually left government work to start a new product initiative at Evanta as their Chief Learning Officer.

In 2014, Tim helped launch the Professional Development Academy. He’s also been a professor of business at George Fox University in Oregon since 2007, and became a partner and executive director at the Program Management Academy where he works with his partners to write books and conduct workshops on project management, program management, and strategic roadmapping.
